Job Duties

• Manage AP/AR, fixed assets, general ledger, and tax reporting.
• Supervise monthly closings, reconciliations, and prepare management accounts.
• Oversee inventory control and conduct stock verifications.
• Generate financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly), including sales and cost analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and handle all banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, SSCL, WHT) and liaise with IRD.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for year-end audits.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Management and full qualification in CIMA / CASL / ACCA)
• 4 years’ experience in a similar role. 
• Experience within the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Should have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills. 
• Must have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills and other office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
