Accounts Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify supporting documents such as delivery notes, purchase orders, and contracts before generating invoices.
  • Ensure invoicing aligns with agreed pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Maintain updated records of all issued invoices in the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
  • Monitor and track pending or delayed invoicing tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with reconciliation of invoiced amounts and revenue reports.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Male
  • School Leavers can Apply ( A/L commerce stream ) 
  • Proven experience as an accounts assistant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
