Admin Officer Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning in the Dehiwala office location.
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, record keeping, and correspondence (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal departments, management, and external parties for administrative support activities.
  • Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other administrative documents using MS Word, Excel, and email systems.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory records, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing office events when required.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as attendance records, leave documentation, and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and general office standards.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and administrative records.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age below 35
  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an Admin Officer / Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator role.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate or professional office environment will be an added advantage.
