Administrative Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Prepare, type, format, and maintain legal documents, corporate documents, and official correspondence in Sinhala and English
  • Manage physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring proper document control, confidentiality, and easy retrieval
  • Assist the Legal / Corporate Division with document preparation, coordination, and record keeping
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, formatting standards, and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding documentation and information requirements
  • Maintain registers, logs, trackers, and document control records related to legal and corporate administration
  • Ensure timely updating, archiving, and disposal of documents according to company policies
  • Support day-to-day administrative and secretarial functions of the Legal / Corporate team
  • Handle general office administration tasks related to legal, corporate, and compliance activities


Responsibilities

  • Female
  • Preferably age 30 years or below.
  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level
  • Professional qualifications in Administration / Secretarial / Legal Studies will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or document handling in a corporate environment (legal division preferred)
  • Ability to type accurately in Sinhala and English
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills in English
