Administrative Secretary Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Coordinating all administrative and secretarial functions of the department
  • Ensuring effective support and services are provided to the internal /external customers
  • Preparing reports and system updates in a timely manner
  • Arranging and coordinating Departmental Meetings and Trainings
  • Taking dictation and minutes
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations

  • Female
  • Age below 30
  • 1+ years experience
  • Professional Qualification
  • Excellent Communication Skills
