Job Duties:

• Assist in monitoring food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Verify inventory transactions, stock movements, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor purchase prices and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Support menu costing, recipe costing, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company cost control procedures.
• Assist the Finance Manager/Cost Controller with ad hoc financial and inventory-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 30
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cost control, inventory control, or finance, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
