Assistant Manager Administration Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Manage and supervise daily administrative operations, including office maintenance, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of office systems, equipment, and procurement of supplies.
  • Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures in line with organizational and legal standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise administrative staff, allocate responsibilities, and support team development.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative activities such as meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the administrative budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.


Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age below 45
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software such as ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • certification in Office Management or Facility Management (preferred).
  • Experience in managing administrative functions in a corporate setting (preferred).
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when required.
