Job Duties:

• Develop and implement electrical energy management strategies to optimize power consumption, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Lead initiatives focused on predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance cost reduction through process improvements and effective resource planning.
• Identify and integrate renewable energy solutions and alternative power systems to support sustainable and energy-efficient operations.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and regulatory standards, targeting zero non-conformities through audits and corrective action plans.
• Support automation improvements using strong expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation systems, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Conduct electrical safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification, implementing preventive and corrective measures to maintain a safe workplace.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 40
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, energy management systems, plant electrical operations, or manufacturing electrical engineering roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, VFD drives, motor control systems, power distribution, and automation troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency projects, predictive maintenance tools, and electrical compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the workplace will be preferred.
