Job Duties:

• Lead or actively engage in ERP system implementations, focusing on design and deploying customized/configured ERP solutions that align with the organization's needs.
• Spearhead data migration activities, focusing on the seamless transfer and transformation of data from legacy systems to the new ERP system. This ensures data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Develop training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency in Data migration.
• Providing proactive leadership while working closely with your team members. Lead the effort in designing and tailoring solutions to precisely fit the organization's unique needs and strategic objectives. This includes developing detailed and customized solutions.
• Customize and configure ERP software to meet business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and maintain the ERP system for peak performance, security, and reliability. Address technical problems, apply updates, and safeguard data integrity.
• Identify and implement ERP system improvements driven by evolving business needs and technology advancements, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Perform regular unit testing to verify the accuracy and functionality of the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ERP configurations and integrations, while also offering training and support to optimize system utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions and enhance client engagements.

• Age below 40 years 
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8+ years of experience in ERP system support, Data migration and administration. 
• Demonstrable experience in ERP ecosystem solution encompasses everything related to the implementation, operation, and maintenance of an ERP system.
• Understanding of Data migration procedures.
• Hands on experience in 2nd level ERP support and advanced troubleshooting (preferably in textile/Process manufacturing).
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems is advantageous.
• Programming language proficiency (e.g., knowledge of languages like Java for scripting and data manipulation).
• Profound knowledge and experience in ERP system planning, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
