Job Role

• Oversee and manage daily gold loan (pawning) operations at the branch.
• Evaluate and assess gold items accurately to determine loan value.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and overall portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
• Supervise and guide branch staff to achieve targets and maintain service standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to achieving branch targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pawning or gold loan operations.
• Strong knowledge in gold identification and valuation.
• Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office packages.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an added advantage).
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
• A valid driving or riding license is required.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the workplace.
