Ensure the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Oversee and participate in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Assist in implementing performance management systems, including setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and career development.
Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance levels.
Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce turnover and conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee departure.

Male
Bachelors degree in Human Resources with professional qualification from a recognized institution.
Proven 5 year's experience in similar capacity
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast paced environment.
