Assistant Manager HR - Strategic & Talent Development (Manufacturing) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, ensuring a diverse and skilled candidate pool.
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support the performance management process, providing guidance and feedback to managers and employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical talent needs and succession planning strategies.


Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age Below 40
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with data analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a passion for talent development and organizational improvement.
