Job Duties

• Lead technology transfer for new glove products and conduct validation trials to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Ensure material consumption aligns with BOM and recipes for efficient production.
• Monitor product performance and implement product improvements if results fall below specifications.
• Control and optimize knitting processes to achieve consistent quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot process and product issues to ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
• Review, standardize, and maintain product and process specifications.
• Collaborate with Production and QA teams to minimize rejects and reworks.
• Evaluate new materials for cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate process automation initiatives in collaboration with production and engineering teams.
• Implement and sustain 5S and Lean manufacturing practices in the knitting section.
• Mentor and encourage the team to generate innovative ideas and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 40.
• Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology from a reputed university.
• Freshers with relevant textile degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Work experience in textile manufacturing (Technical/R&D) will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking for process and product improvements.
• Strong commitment to achieving company goals and targets.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with fluency in English.
