Job duties

• Develop and manage short-term and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and capacity.
• Prepare master production schedules (MPS) and monitor adherence.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure material availability and smooth woMonitor production progress and take corrective actions to address delays or capacity constraints.
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower planning, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on output, efficiency, and variances.
• Ensure production plans align with quality standards, safety regulations, and cost targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Manage and guide production planning staff and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Participate in capacity planning, new product introduction, and process improvement project

Requrements

• Male/ Female
• Age Below 35
• Degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in planning at a large, diversified manufacturing organization.
• Proven track records of end-to-end production planning.
• High integrity and ability to handle multiple projects/ products.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• New ideas, innovative thinking and a go-greater mindset.
