Assistant Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and create detailed job profiles.
  • Utilize multiple hiring channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, referrals) to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Organize assessment tests, interview schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth candidate flow.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, dashboards, and weekly hiring reports.
  • Manage employer branding activities, including career page updates and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Assist in developing recruitment policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Handle recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding files.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in bulk hiring, technical recruitment, or headhunting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced hiring requirements
