Job Duties

• Monitor and follow up with all accounts
  
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business
• Assisting the clients Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation and Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage Services
• Responsible for meeting the monthly quotas given by Sales Upper Management
• Assisting the Accounts Receivable Department with tracking payments from customer base
• Forming a customer base by cold calling, issuing quotes, preparing bids and making formal presentations to prospective customers
• Maintaining constant communication with the Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices

• Male/ Female
• Age below 40
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a similar capacity within the Shipping and Freight Forwarding industry
• Fully or partly qualified in business, marketing, or supply chain and logistics from a recognized institute
• Ability to achieve the set targets and budgets
• Proven track record of team and Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding the local market trends and demands
