Job Duties 

• Provide Technical Support to carry out manufacturing function & achieve stated quality requirement in Silicone dipped products 
• Develop products variants, samples as agreed by the Leadership Team in Silicone products
• Organize to deliver customer request samples & customer communication related to Silicone products.
• Carry-out validation for all new products or products transfer process.
• Carry out validation for existing products if there is any process deviation or compound formulation change.
• Monitor in-process product quantity, rejects, rework and carry out changes to achieve regulatory and customer requirements.
• Ensure online monitoring of process parameters, identify deviation through process control team
• Provide required formulation to compound department.
• Provide incoming specification for raw materials, formers to QA department for incoming inspection.
• Prepare work instruction for compounding, dipping and packing processes.
• Provide required documents approved samples to production,
• Investigation causes for non-confirming products/ Processes and implement measures to eliminate root cause.
• Cary out projects to improve product quality and to increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Improve production processes to adhere with new regulatory requirement.
• Update & review BOM as per dipping & packing requirement
• Create material code 
• Prepare recipe related to new processes
