Develop and enforce brand strategy and guidelines across all platforms and partners.
Partnerships & Sponsorships:
Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships, and build relationships with media and CSR partners.
Campaigns & Communications:
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Conduct market and competitor research, analyze ROI and performance of campaigns, and report findings to senior management.

Age below 45
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s or professional qualification is a plus).
5–7 years of experience in brand management, ideally in financial services.
Strong knowledge of branding, consumer behavior, and partnership marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with financial marketing compliance preferred.
