Brand Manager Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead product launches, relaunches, and brand innovation projects from concept to market execution.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze brand performance, sales trends, market share, and consumer insights to drive growth.
  • Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage trade marketing and shopper marketing activities to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate with sales, R&D, trade marketing, and external agencies for integrated execution.
  • Manage creative, media, PR, and activation agencies to ensure high-quality brand communication.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and maximize ROI.


Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Age below 45
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG brand management or brand marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial or senior brand role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • MBA or CIM (UK) qualification (full or part) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, product marketing, campaign management, and consumer research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
