Business Development Executive Full-Time

Job duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade accounts – supermarkets, DIY stores and retail chains.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective business planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with category managers and buyers to grow market share and boost visibility.
  • Implement promotions, in-store activations and merchandising to enhance brand performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor strategies and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain accurate sales reports and account records.


Requirements

  • Male 
  • Age below 35
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development, Modern Trade or Key Account Management (FMCG preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Valid driving license required.
