Business Development Executive (Generator) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the generator industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, businesses, and government agencies.
  • Promote and sell power generators and related services to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with suitable power solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generator technology and industry standards


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 40
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the generator, power solutions, or electrical equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of generators and power solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
