Job Duties

• Maximize cargo uplift from booked loads.
• Track and trace shipments with GHA and SkyCargo Hub.
• Enter accurate AWB data into SkyChain or similar systems.
• Prepare documentation for special cargo (DG, pharma, etc.).
• Send pre-alerts to relevant parties and assist in flight planning.
• Represent the company at Customs when required.
• Report safety/security incidents to the Cargo Manager.
• Maintain stock of cargo tags, seals, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with Emirates SkyCargo standards.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Management/Logistics or Diploma in Aviation.
• 2+ years’ experience in air cargo or GSA operations.
• Strong knowledge of cargo documentation and customs procedures.
• Skilled in SkyChain or other freight systems.
• Completed mandatory internal training & MLZ modules.
• Computer literate with good coordination skills.
