Build the global category building plan for your respective category and develop strategies to manage its growth by driving customers value propositions, brand activation, renovation of current core portfolio and brilliant implementations of NPD platforms, while developing the brand in line with global strategy. Identify, prioritize and agree the category/ brand jobs to be done with relevant stakeholders and monitor progress vs plan continuously, considering market conditions, brand performance, market share, volume, revenue and margin management.

Translate marketing & category plans into a business framework and optimize commercial opportunities. Feed into monthly and annual planning process.
Develop and implement portfolio roadmap including product range & quality, brand building, customer value delivery, pricing & affordability, range extension.
Translate the customer value proposition and category/ brand strategy into actionable brand marketing insights and plans and deploy
Develop a share-growth -oriented marketing & category plan that seizes opportunities in NPD, renovation, pricing strategy and competitor activities.
Lead the team in defining the category financial plan and internal operating plan respectively. Review and agree category/ brand objectives including revenue, volume, margin, support investment, as input to the financial plan and internal operating plan and continuously monitor progress vs. agree plan.
Regularly review pricing and propose changes for the relevant brands in the category to remain competitive and profitable in their markets.
Lead the process and networks of landing innovations and renovations on time and in full in the global marketplace in line with the category/ brand strategy and plan.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in customer/ channel planning activities to dominate go-to-market strategies.
Build category/ brands and drive demand through flawless execution of both digital and on ground activation.
Plan and execute the category/ brand communication and digital marketing efforts with media and creative agencies. Work with communication teams to ensure single minded communication message is created in line with the brand building communication plan, consistent with category needs.
Requirements
10 years' classic brand management experience
Category Planning skills
Knowledge of brand building, especially through digital marketing
Recognized Degree from a reputed university, preferably in Business and/ or Management
