Job Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, and security systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot CCTV hardware, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and networking components.
• Perform technical support and IT support functions, acting as the first point of contact for system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to CCTV and security systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with electrical safety standards and security protocols.
• Repair or replace faulty CCTV equipment, cables, and hardware components.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, installation reports, and service logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth system operation and support services.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
  
• Professional qualification in IT, Electronics, Networking, or CCTV Technology.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation, IT support, or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, networking basics, DVR/NVR configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Valid Motorcycle Riding License (Sri Lanka) is mandatory.
• Own motorcycle for field visits and installations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field-based technical tasks.
