Job Duties

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance measures.
• Monitor cost structures and drive cost efficiency across the manufacturing operations.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic insights and financial recommendations to the Board/MD to support growth and expansion.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, feasibility studies, and long-term capital planning.
• Implement ERP/financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

Requirements 

• Male / Female
• Age below 45
• Fully qualified CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance in Sri Lanka.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, treasury, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
