Job Duties 

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins related to solar panels, solar power systems, and after-sales support.
• Provide accurate information on solar products, installations, warranties, maintenance, and service procedures.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and service teams to resolve customer issues and service requests efficiently.
• Log customer complaints, service tickets, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
• Monitor and follow up on installation schedules, service visits, and warranty-related matters.
• Maintain customer records, feedback, and service history accurately.
• Assist the sales team by supporting customer quotations, order confirmations, and documentation when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely, and friendly service.
• Educate customers on basic solar system usage, safety, and troubleshooting where applicable.
• Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives such as customer surveys and feedback collection.

Requirements

• Male 
• Age Below 35
• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification (Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business, or Engineering will be an advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Care Executive / Customer Service Officer / Call Center Executive.
• Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge or interest in solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical products is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
