Customer Care Manager Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements. 
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order processing, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our tire product line and be able to provide technical information and recommendations to clients through sales or technical representatives of the company. 
  • Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to forecast their tire needs, assisting in inventory planning and management. 
  • Compliant management & Problem Solving: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty. 
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell tire products and services to key accounts. 
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with key clients. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Age below 40
  • Male/ Female
  • Pervious experience in similar field working for a Multinational organisation
  • Degree or relavent qualification
  • Fluent in English
