Customer Relations Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and development requests
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
  • Manage Development Request Forms (DRFs) and maintain proper documentation
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of development projects
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and communicate any pricing changes
  • Update customers on project progress and delivery timelines
  • Handle sample requests, lab dips, and shade requirements
  • Ensure product quality meets agreed specifications
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours
  • Update reports such as OTD, pipeline, and pricing charts
  • Support additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age Below 35
  • Qualification in CIMA, CIM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Management or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Internship experience in a similar field is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good documentation, time management, and customer service skills
