Customer Service Executive (Facility Management) Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and service providers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate service requests and complaints; follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, and tenant communications.
  • Support facility operations by tracking maintenance schedules, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts, quotations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for the operations team.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies related to property maintenance and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with general admin tasks and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and property safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age below 40 years 
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in property or facility management.
  • Willingness to work on a roster basis, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and property management processes is an advantage.
