Customer Service Executive (Indonesian Language) Full-Time
Job Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer support interactions in the Indonesian language via phone, email, and live chat.
Demonstrate a professional Indonesian customer service personality while delivering high-quality support to international clients.
Respond accurately to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in line with BPO standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Achieve service quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
Work closely with team leaders and internal departments to resolve escalated issues.

Requirements
Male/Female
Age below 45
Aative or fluent Indonesian language proficiency (spoken and written).
Basic to good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Indonesian customer service, call center, or BPO roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Open to Indonesian nationals in Sri Lanka seeking Indonesian language vacancies in Sri Lanka.
Candidates must hold a valid Sri Lanka residence visa for work or be eligible under Sri Lanka residence visa for work requirements.
Preferred candidates residing within 25 km of Colombo
Actively shared and searched within communities such as Indonesian in Sri Lanka Facebook groups.
Willingness to work onsite and flexible shifts if required.
