Department Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate daily administrative activities within the department
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings and events
  • Manage schedules and calendars, ensuring all appointments and tasks are prioritized effectively
  • Prepare and maintain departmental documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress and deadlines
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, for easy access to important documents. 

Requirements:

  • Female 
  • Age below 40 years
  • Recognized qualifications in Secretarial Practice.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
