Department Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Facilitate internal and external communications and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare and manage presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and enablement teams to track deliverables and update management.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Organize departmental principal visits, maintain records, and communicate visit plans to senior management.

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age Below 35
  • Diploma in Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Department Coordinator or in a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
