Job Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses align with financial guidelines and constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create event agendas and ensure alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
• Source and liaise with external vendors, including venues, catering services, and entertainment providers.
• Oversee marketing efforts related to events, including social media promotions, email marketing, and press releases.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all contracts and agreements, making adjustments as necessary to meet changing requirements.

Requirements:

• Full/Part qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Graphic Designing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
• Creativity and an eye for aesthetics, with the ability to conceptualize memorable and engaging experiences.
• Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
