Job Role

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, promotional campaigns, launches, exhibitions, and activations.
• Develop event concepts, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, event partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics including venues, décor, branding, equipment, and promotional materials.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate promotional materials and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Monitor event progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist with social media and other promotional activities related to events.
• Track event budgets, expenses, and supplier payments.
• Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, promotions, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong event coordination and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for presentation and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver events within deadlines and budgets.
