Executive Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage daily back-office administrative operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and operational coordination.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, inventory-related documentation, and internal approvals.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, finance, and HR departments when required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for operational and compliance documents.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle internal communication and support cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information and records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or back-office operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference
