Job Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize production downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Monitor and maintain electrical distribution systems, motors, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, and automation equipment.
• Coordinate electrical installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and energy utilization.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, and equipment maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and external service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Participate in plant shutdowns, audits, and engineering projects as required.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 35
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, transformers, MCCs, and automation equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and control system faults.
• Good understanding of electrical safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems is an advantage.
