Executive – Facility Management Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Oversee office and facility upkeep, including cleanliness, security, and office supplies.
  • Support procurement of maintenance materials, office equipment, and other administrative needs.
  • Maintain records related to assets, utilities, and service agreements.
  • Assist in managing budgets for maintenance and administrative operations.
  • Handle coordination of company vehicles, repairs, and fuel records if applicable.
  • Support HR and management in event coordination, staff facilities, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Male
  • Age below 35
  • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering / Business Administration (or related field).
  • 2–3 years of experience in maintenance and administrative roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active, responsible, and hands-on attitude.
