Executive Housekeeping Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor room inspections, public area cleanliness, and overall facility presentation to maintain brand standards.
  • Plan and manage housekeeping staff schedules, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine inspections and audits.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and housekeeping equipment, controlling costs and minimizing wastage.
  • Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, customer service, and quality control measures.
  • Handle guest or client concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age preferred 30-50 years 
  • Minimum G.C.E O/L qualification 
  • 5+ years experience in hotel housekeeping, facility management, or housekeeping supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English will be an added advantage 
  • Customer-oriented and friendly personality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
  • Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the workplace will be preferred
