Job Duties:

• Drive Business Excellence and process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze operational and business data using statistical and mathematical techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste elimination initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Conduct data validation, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement solutions.
• Ensure documentation of SOPs, process flows, and improvement outcomes.
• Support internal audits and compliance with quality and excellence frameworks.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics / Physical Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Management Science or a related field.
• Certification or exposure to Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt preferred).
• 1–3 years’ experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, Quality, or Analytics
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar analytical tools.
• Understanding of Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC).
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
