Job Duties 

• Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations to ensure uninterrupted business activities
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with local and international suppliers to obtain best value
• Prepare and process purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and reorder points to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures
• Assist in cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and procurement records
• Support logistics coordination including transportation and delivery schedules

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 35
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Management
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in supply chain and procurement roles
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / inventory management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sector will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple suppliers and complex supply chains
