Job Duties

• Ensure compliance with all local and international tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit accurate tax filings within statutory deadlines
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize tax liabilities
• Monitor and resolve tax audits, disputes, and regulatory queries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving tax regulations and reporting standards
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and investment management to maximize returns
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and investment partners
• Forecast and monitor working capital requirements
• Ensure timely execution of treasury transactions and reporting
• Prepare timely tax and treasury reports for management
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management activities

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in tax and treasury functions
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / relevant industrywill be an advantage
