Job Duties

• Prepare and maintain accurate product cost sheets
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and variances
• Conduct monthly cost reconciliations between production records and financial statements
• Assist in developing standard costing and updating rates when necessary
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis for management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with cost-related data
• Ensure timely submission of costing reports
• Coordinate with production and stores teams for inventory costing and valuation
• Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods costing
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control procedures
• Ensure costing procedures comply with company policies and accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 35
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in progress CIMA / CA / ACCA preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing costing role
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage
