Job Role

• Prepare and analyze product costing and maintain accurate cost records
• Monitor and control production costs, material usage, and overheads
• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget) and provide insights to management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare monthly costing reports and financial summaries
• Assist in pricing decisions based on cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA Sri Lanka (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3  years experience in costing or management accounting
• Strong knowledge of costing methods (standard costing, activity-based costing, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software / ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Residence within 25 km radius of Avissawella
