Job Role 

• Lead and manage the company's overall finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support business growth.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Manage project costing, profitability analysis, and financial performance of real estate developments.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, financing requirements, and investment activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management for business decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fully Qualified CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate, Property Development, or Construction industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Accounting Standards (SLFRS/LKAS), taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
