Conduct financial modelling, valuation
analysis, and investment appraisal for real estate projects, acquisitions,
and disposals
Prepare project feasibility
studies, including ROI analysis, NPV, IRR, and payback period calculations
Support the preparation of management
reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a
monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Contribute to financial strategy
development, business planning, and alignment with corporate objectives
Evaluate financial implications
of strategic initiatives, business expansions, and capital allocation
decisions
Provide actionable financial
insights to support executive decision-making and resource optimization
Analyze real estate market trends,
competitor performance, and macroeconomic indicators
Prepare market analysis reports
on demand, pricing dynamics, and emerging investment opportunities
Support due diligence processes
for property acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment partnerships
Monitor financial performance of
existing projects and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with internal teams
(development, project management, sales) to ensure financial alignment
with operational goals
Coordinate with banks, investors,
financial institutions, and external consultants for funding, valuations,
and feasibility assessments
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; CFA / ACCA /
CIMA certifications are an advantage
3–5 years of experience in financial
analysis, business analysis, or investment analysis, preferably in real
estate, construction, or investment sectors
Advanced proficiency in financial
modelling, Excel, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, quantitative,
and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication,
presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex
financial data into actionable insights
Experience in project evaluation,
investment appraisal, and performance monitoring
Familiarity with capital
allocation, ROI analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, and feasibility
assessments
