Front Office Executive (Hotel/ Restaurant) Full-Time
Job Duties:
Handle front desk and concierge operations, including customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide professional customer service and guest relations support to mall visitors.
Assist with directions, tenant information, promotions, events, and general mall services.
Manage walk-in customers and ensure a positive customer experience on the mall floor.
Coordinate with internal teams, security, and tenants to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain service logs, customer feedback records, and basic reports.
Requirements:
Male
Age below 40 years
2–3 years of experience in customer handling / guest services / front office / concierge roles (Hospitality, shopping malls, retail, real estate, airline, aviation, or similar service industries)
Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, Customer Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Willingness to work on the floor and interact with physical walk-in customer
