Job Duties

• Be accountable for the entire operational control of the organization such as manufacturing, purchasing, sales/ business development, HR, Finance, Quality etc. 
• Identify gaps in the manufacturing process and implement process improvements, to increase efficiency and quality standards. 
• Monitor revenue margins and collaborate with the senior management to formulate winning strategy. 
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. 
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors . 
• Deliver targets within allocated budgets 
• Building efficiencies and utilizing available manpower to improve results 
• Should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to oversee workforce comprising of over 150 multi-disciplinary workers, staff, executives and managers. 

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 60
• Preferably be between 35 to 55 years of age 
• Possess a degree in Finance/ Management from a recognized University 
• Carry a minimum of 10 years of experience at a senior level, preferably in the manufacturing industry with exceptional ERP systems knowledge 
• Be a highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills and knowledge on factory compliances. 
• Able to adapt to working in a multicultural organization and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
