Job Duties 

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability (Finance jobs Colombo / Head of Finance jobs Sri Lanka / Finance Manager Colombo)
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and management accounts for multiple business segments (Finance executive jobs Colombo 08 / Borella finance vacancies)

• Oversee financial accounting, audits, and ensure compliance with SLFRS and other regulatory frameworks (Finance compliance jobs Sri Lanka / SLFRS jobs Colombo)
• Lead treasury and cash flow management, including banking, foreign exchange, and working capital optimization (Treasury manager jobs Colombo / Finance control jobs Sri Lanka)
• Strengthen internal controls, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and reporting automation (ERP finance jobs Colombo / Finance systems management jobs)

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 45 years
• Fully qualified CA (Sri Lanka), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in senior managerial roles (Senior finance manager jobs Sri Lanka / Head of Finance Colombo 08)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage financial operations in import-trading or project-based environments (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
