• Minimum 10+ years in financial leadership, with significant experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, capital management and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference.
