Job Duties

• Manufacturing Operations: Lead daily production activities, ensure on-time delivery, and drive efficiency through best practices.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs; implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international quality standards; manage corrective actions and compliance audits.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing workforce; collaborate with HR on recruitment and training.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply and optimal inventory levels.
• HSE Compliance: Promote safe and sustainable practices; conduct safety audits and training programs.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's in Textile/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years in textile manufacturing, 5+ years in leadership roles
• CIMA/CIM qualifications are a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements
